For an urgent spillage call-out, we charge £50 per stain. However, if a spot/stain treatment is requested with a full carpet cleaning, we don’t charge for the stain unless it requires additional treatment. In other words, for stains that can be removed with an ordinary clean, we don’t charge an additional amount. For stubborn stains that cannot be removed with a standard wash and rinse, an additional £25 per stain will be charged, if ordered in addition to a full carpet clean of the property. It is important to note that it is likely most spots and stains will not be removed 100%. If this is the case, the carpet has most likely been damaged by the spillage. However, we can guarantee that we will do our best to remove it. All cleaning efforts will still be charged at the full price.
