There is no requirement for you to vacuum the property before we arrive, although a good vacuum is always appreciated. Although the agent will always vacuum, a well-vacuumed carpet will reduce the time required for this step in the cleaning process.

Yes, we do, but our solutions allow us to use less water than conventional carpet and furniture cleaners. We ask to have access to hot water where possible, to fill our buckets.

We ask that you move as many small furnishings off the carpeted area as possible, such as lamps, rugs, side-tables, childrens’ toys etc.
We are happy to slide furniture to a different part of the room while cleaning. Any electronic equipment such as TV’s and computers should be moved prior to us arriving.
Large furniture, such as wardrobes and display cabinets, will not be moved unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please allow for a 15-minute grace period for arrival at the site. Upon arrival, the technician will do a walk-though with the client of what needs to be done and advise how long the clean will take to complete.
We do not overbook, and never rush the clean, taking our time to do a thorough job. If you need to leave the property, we will let you know when we are about to finish allowing you time to return to the property or lock the door behind us.

It is best that the upholstered sofa is left overnight to dry. We advise clients to leave a fan on to help with the drying process.
